SafeToHop is a free tool that gives an automated estimate of how risky a link looks, based only on the text of the address. It doesn't visit the link, inspect the page or check it against live threat databases.

Safety scores and advice are general information, not a guarantee and not professional security advice. A link that scores well can still be harmful, and a link that scores poorly can be harmless. You're responsible for deciding whether to open a link. SafeToHop is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeToHop and its operators aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on a score, including loss caused by opening a link. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Acceptable use
Please don't try to disrupt the site, copy it at scale with automated tools, or use it to help create or test scam links.

Company and brand names appear on SafeToHop only to explain how impersonation works. SafeToHop isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

The site shows ads from third parties and links to other websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
