We aim to reply within three working days.
What to include
- A link we scored wrongly: paste the full link and tell us what score you expected and why.
- A site owner whose site was flagged: tell us the domain. Scores come from the address alone, so we'll explain which signal triggered and whether it should change.
- Privacy requests: see our privacy policy for what we hold. In most cases it's nothing, because links are checked on your device.
- Advertising: ads on SafeToHop are served by Google AdSense, so we don't sell placements directly.
Please don't email us passwords, card numbers or other personal details. We'll never ask for them. If you think you've been scammed, contact your bank first, then read what to do after clicking a suspicious link.
